Keyrus Life Science is looking for a Clinical Supply Planner who will manage schedule and coordinate supply activities required to deliver clinical studies on time from drug product production to final product release.
As part of your responsibilities, you will develop and manage a planning schedule detailing all tasks required and when they should be completed by to meet study clinical needs and company targets within the client’s planning tool. You will need to understand the capacity management in the client’s system and manage the load leveling and bottleneck scheduling.
You liaise directly with suppliers, and all the stakeholders of clinical studies (Clinical supply manager, QA stakeholder, labelling team, etc) to ensure tasks will be completed on time. You have a leading and coordinating role in the operational meetings with several levels of management. You will troubleshoot all problems that occur during the process such as capacity issues, delays in activity completion and provide with appropriate action plan and impact on the overall planning.
Last but not least, you are preparing the necessary reports about processes for the upper management and do actively suggests ways to improve the efficiency in the overall process.
Profile
- Minimum 3- years’ experience in planning position or supply chain or other relevant experiences
- A background in Pharma Operations is a plus
- Strong Personal Communication skills
- Good Knowledge of SAP and E2E Supply Chain Processes
- You are Fluent in French and English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)

You have a strong ability to influence others at all levels of the organization and are capable of challenging ideas and providing feedback in a constructive way. You can work under pressure and tight deadlines. You are a real team player, able to work well across all business operations.
