Keyrus Life Science is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally acquired in the Life Sciences sector.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work in close collaboration with our business line managers on the definition of recruitment needs, adopt best candidate attraction strategies and selection methodologies ensuring great candidate experience.

Being actively involved in the full recruitment lifecycle means:  

• Understanding the recruitment needs and managing the expectations of the business by talking to the internal stakeholders.
• Maintaining a recruitment pipeline by staying in contact with both freelance and permanent candidates.
• Building your network.
• Coordinating with international colleagues in France, Portugal, Tunisia and Canada.
• Employer branding using tools such as LinkedIn to create content, share, comment etc.
• Improving processes where needed to drive the recruitment process forward.
• Proactive recruitment, meaning actively searching for candidates via our internal platform, various job boards but also through more creative techniques such as XRay recruiting.
• Reactive recruitment, meaning the creation of attractive job descriptions, advertising and then managing the responses.
• Conducting structured interviews.
• Negotiating with potential employees, freelancers.
• Offering contracts to the consultants, both employees and externals and proposing them to the afore-mentioned stakeholders.
• Daily maintenance of our Application Tracking System (ATS) Teamtailor to ensure that both candidate’s records and recruitment workflow are up to date.
• Assisting in the staffing on consultants, helping to decide to use an internal employee, search for a new employee or use freelance resources.
• Working with the head of Talent Acquisition and HR to define budgets and suppliers to fill open requests (LinkedIn, job boards etc).
• Taking the ownership of recruitment projects.

The passion for people, the ability to listen and communicate well play a major part in this job, but it would be a big advantage if you have: 

• Proficiency in interviewing for specific consulting/pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device roles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Life Sciences field.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
• Understanding of the consulting/staffing world.
• A strong commercial spirit following a professional process when it comes to negotiating contract.
• Energy, dynamism and enthusiasm when it comes to talking to people.
• Fluency in English AND French.

We don’t measure performance on CVs sent, calls per day or interviews done. In fact, we have only one KPI: HIRE GREAT PEOPLE!
