1. The referral fee will be paid 6 months after the referred candidate joined 
2. Only candidates who have not been contacted by the Talent Acquisition team in the last 12 months will be considered as a referral (please check with TA team if unsure)
3. You must be an employee of Keyrus at the time of the referral and foreseen payement
4. You may only refer potential employees. Referring a freelancer will not be considered for a bonus
5. Sales, HR, Freelancers and Directors are excluded from the referral program
